Start off with an Ice Cold Oliver Ales brewed in house by Brewmaster Steve Jones with a selection of Bar Snacks.

Judy Neff, Pints & Plates

Judy Neff is the founder of Pints and Plates, a group that organizes beer and food pairing events. She brings her expertise in beer as a Certified Cicerone, which is the equivalent of the sommelier of wine, but for beer.

Judy handpicked three BEER to pair with three appetizers and will explain how the nuances of the BEER pair differently with the food.

Jerry Edwards CPCE, Chef's Expressions

Jerry Edwards CPCE is President and Corporate Chef of Chef's Expressions Catering and Consulting. Jerry is famous for his monthly wine dinners that have grown to over 125 attendees per month. Each dinner is specially prepared to pair perfectly with the wines that have been chosen for the evening.

Jerry chose three WINES to contrast and compliment the entrees for the evening. Each guest will enjoy tastes of the following entrees and see how they pair with the WINES.

Vegetable Risotto
Chef select seasonal vegetables, braised in white wine and garlic, served over creamy simmered risotto, finished with parmesan cheese

Flat Iron Steak Diane
6 oz. flat iron steak grilled to temp, topped with Ironman mushroom cream sauce

Seared Salmon
Hand carved salmon seared medium, topped with a strawberry demi glace

Roasted Pork Loin
Peppercorn crusted pork loin, pan seared, and sliced thin, topped with a scotch honey reduction

Bartenders_Guild
Brendan Dorr, Baltimore Bartenders' Guild

Brendan Dorr is a founding member and President of the Baltimore Bartenders' Guild and head Bartender at B&O Brasserie. Dorr's devotion to the bar is the result of over a decade perfecting his craft at places like Ixia, Black Olive, and Aureole in New York. His commitment has also been recognized by The Washington Post and The Baltimore Sun as well as in awards from competitions like the international Cocktail World Cup (where he was named "People's Choice Bartender of the Year") and the Grand Marnier Cocktail Summit.

While guests are sampling a selection of mini cheesecakes, mini eclairs, mini smores, and mini brownies, Brendan will be creating After Dinner COCKTAILS to enjoy!
