Joan Nathan is the author of ten cookbooks and a regular contributor to The New York Times. At this evening event, we will share in the stories and cuisine from her new cookbook at L’Academie de Cuisine, “the premier culinary school in the Washington, D.C. area.” Joan and the students at L’Academie are creating a feast for us and Joan will regale us with the stories behind the book.
