SAVOR WINE COUNTRY - JULY 28 - AUG 1, 2010 A dedicated AIWF member experience and will have some exclusive elements created for our passionate wine and food membership base. Below are some of the special tours and events slated to be featured: • Private Winery/Vineyard Tours, Reserve Tastings & Catered Lunch with celebrated winemakers of Harlan, Colgin Cellars, Bond, Napa Reserve, Rubicon, Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, to name a few. • A 14-course decadent dinner at the famed The French Laundry paired with wines from Colgin Cellars, Harlan, and other Napa Valley Cult Cabs. (very limited seating) • Specialty dining experiences at Napa Valley’s Celebrity chef restaurants including Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro, Richard Reddington’s REDD, Michael Chiarello’s Bottega Restaurant, and a private event at Iron Chef Morimoto’s first West Coast restaurant opening in July. • A special AIWF Ambassador Gala Dinner & Auction at Robert Mondavi Winery, where a 5 course, celebrity chef-prepared dinner will be paired with vintage Robert Mondavi Wines.
