At the AIWF Krug Champagne Dinner at Addison at The Grand Del Mar, April 13, 2010 A SPARKLING SAN DIEGO WELCOME FOR HOUSE OF KRUG Unprecedented Krug Champagne Dinner Held at Addison on April 13 SAN DIEGO (May 3, 2010) – Southern California’s food and wine community had the rare opportunity to mingle with celebrated winemaker and patriarch Olivier Krug at a special Krug Champagne Dinner hosted by The American Institute of Wine & Food and San Diego’s highly acclaimed Addison at The Grand Del Mar on April 13. The first-ever event to be held in Southern California with France’s legendary House of Krug, the AIWF Krug Champagne Dinner featured vintages from the sixth generation Krug family, paired by Chef William Bradley’s contemporary French cuisine. LOS ANGELES, November 2007—American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF) announced $60,000 in contributions awarded this year to support the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Los Angeles Scholarship Fund.
