Dear AIWF Member and Friends,

The details of our Julia Child 100th Birthday celebration at Hexagone tell us that this is going to be a very special evening. We have a number of founding members of our chapter who knew Julia, and we will hear from many of them about some Julia experiences. Our host, Patrick Halcewicz has some Julia stories of his own to tell and will share Julia & Paul Child's menu choices during their stays at La Valencia. We invite members to share your Julia stories and pictures as well! Teddy Lewis and Piret Munger will share their tales, and Lisa Lipton will be showing us Julia's special toast. We will end the evening as Lois Stanton shares Julia's last visit to San Diego.

Please be sure to join us on August 15 and spread the word to any Julia fans you know! Please do reserve early while seats are available.
