The AIWF Hilton Head Chapter is seeking your comments!  

The AIWF Hilton Head Chapter has discussed a wide range of activities for members and for non-members. The Board of Directors has asked for input from all members in order to better plan programs, events and functions for the upcoming year. We want to make sure that AIWF meets your needs, whatever your interests happen to be! 

Below you will find a survey - we kindly ask that you fill out and return to us at your convenience. Please be as honest as you can and let us know how you feel, what interests you and what doesn't.  

Instructions: The survey is in Adobe Acrobat (a .pdf document). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to print it. Once you have Reader, simply click the link below and Reader will open the Survey. Print the survey, fill it out (additional comments are most welcome) and fax to Jill Golden (with a cover page) to (843) 686-4169 or you can mail the survey to Jill Golden, AIWF Communications, P.O.
