Scholarship Winners Announced

The Boston Chapter of AIWF held its fourth Annual Scholarship Awards dinner at Newbury College’s Mitton House on April 11, 2012. Four senior Culinary students from the greater Boston area were the recipients. Each received a $1000 scholarship to be applied to the college of their choice. 

The winning students were Chau Huynh from Everett, and Robert Giunta from Everett, who were chosen for their excellent participation in FutureChefs, a program that works with students in high school and college, preparing them for the world of work in hospitality. Chau will be attending Newbury College in the fall. Robert will be attending Bunker Hill Community College.
Two other students, Regan Milmore from Andover, and Keenan Goodwin, from Tewksbury, were also chosen for their outstanding credentials. Both Regan and Keenan will be attending the Culinary Institute of America.

Congratulations to these students. We hope that they will excel in their chosen programs and  invite them to come to future events share their experiences at school and in their careers.
